After spending more
than a week in the island province of Bohol doing the Eye
and Ear Screening Project, I am now back in our home ground.
It was a very satisfying experience helping our less
fortunate brothers and sisters in that place. I can see in
their faces the excitement that inspite of their poverty
there are people from other places who visited and willing
to help them.

Yesterday, book
sorting and distribution were conducted at the Camingawan/Harish
Warehouse. Ten schools sent their teacher representatives
and even their school principals. I have seen from the faces
of the teachers the happiness they felt for being given the
oppurtunity to have the books. During the activity, PP Rick
was busy arranging all the books as well as attending to the
questions of the teachers.
