The Rotary Club of Bacolod
North, headed by its Pres. Alberto D. Nellas, began the rotary year
2008-2009 with a series of activities geared towards Rotary
International’s theme “Make Dreams Real” RCBN started the action by
hosting RI District 3850’s Regional Membership Development Seminar.

| With a record breaking attendance of 130 participants from Rotary Clubs
in Negros, Panay, Guimaras, Boracay Island, District Governor Emma “Ems”
Nava cited RC Bacolod North for organizing a very successful District
event. The seminar was chaired by Past president Roy Hojilla.
