Today "Operation Sight Saver" on its 13th year is an "institution" which has spread in Western Visayas.

With R.I. Theme: "Mankind is One, Build Bridges of Friendship" and his chosen song "More", Pres. Primy led the club to another banner year notably the 6, 100% Plateau Contribution to Rotary Foundation the highest in the district for the year.
