Gov. Lito enlightened us about the finishing of the New Bacolod Airport in the vicinity of Silay. Especially the situation about the roads to and from the airport. The airport will be opened as soon as the Mc Kinley Road is finished.

The second part was about the Carp, to inform us the way it is unctioning and promised to look in to the differentiate of value between irrigated (rice) and non irrigated (sugarcane) lands.

Kees Koelman explained the way he is helping the People from Isabella in
Negros Occidental, where he and his sponsors are building houses (Asenso Village),and community

Father Fernando informed the club about the situation at the Bacolod
Boys Home, especially the difficulties with financially running the 120
head facility.

Dr.Simbul told us that already more as 100 hydrocephalus children are operated in her Hospital and is temporary in Bacolod where baby Vincent recently received the same operation for free. The next Bacolod patient is set for next week. (see related project shunt).

us about the medical supplies and equipment Larry collect in Tulsa
which he made available to those in need. They shipped a 40ft container
for what Stanley shouldered the transportation and VAT.
