Gov. Lito enlightened us about the finishing of the
New Bacolod Airport in the vicinity of Silay. Especially the
situation about the roads to and from the airport. The airport
will be opened as soon as the Mc Kinley Road is finished.
The second part was about the Carp, to inform us the way it is
unctioning and promised to look in to the differentiate of value
between irrigated (rice) and non irrigated (sugarcane) lands.

Dr.Simbul told us that already more as 100 hydrocephalus children
are operated in her Hospital and is temporary in Bacolod where
baby
Vincent recently received the same operation for free. The next

patient is set for next week.
